Looking for guide to reduce bounce rate?

These post may help you to reduce bounce rate. You can say this post is a cheat book of reduce bounce rate. Because i feel that this is very interesting topic and the information shared here is really very helpful for all SEOs.

Topic:
what is more important to reduce bounce rate.

what is more important to reduce bounce rate….. website design or Optimization? You do all the hardwork in opmitzing your website but when the visitor is treated to a shady design he would bounce off…but if it is a good web design, the visitors may be less but there more chances of converting into a sale? what is more important?

Replies:
both of them important, but before you optimize your site,,,i think you must finished your site design first..so your visitor will enjoy there,,,
In order to decrease Bounce rate of your website, I want to say that Do link building and promotion of your website more relevance to your website, because relevancy will decrease your bounce rate, because Bounce increases due to irrelevancy, so on the contrary, you are supposed to do increase your relevancy o f your website.

Both are important. The design and content needs to meet the needs of your target audience. If these match what the audience expects when they click your link in the results then they will stick around = lower bounce rate. If you have a high bounce rate with a design and content that your audience wants then you are targeting the wrong keywords/phrases when optimizing your content.

Apart from design, a webmaster can also optimize by providing relevant content connected to that particular topic. Something like offering additional info to entice visitor to stay a little bit more longer and thus increase your chance for conversion.

The thing is here when a visitor come to your site then how much it finds the information on your website by a particular keyword. Increased keyword proximity can reduce your bounce rate to a very good level.
Following Steps to Reduce Bounce Rate:
1. User Friendly Web Site Designing
2. Perfect Website Navigation
3. Promote Main Services or Promo Services in Big Banner which will be more effective and easily accessible.
These steps will help you to reduce bounce rate.

I say that both can be important. The idea is to design your website very well and optimize it for more visibility. What the visitors will be looking for in your website could be in your contents, so you should put useful and relevant contents in your web pages so that your visitors will be satisfied with your site. Well, I can also add that you should put some sort of “cliff hanger” in your homepage (similar to a blog having a snippet of the contents/articles in the homepage, with a “read more” link to the article in your blog posts) to make your readers more curious and dig in deeper into your website.

There is no single answer. Like with everything else, there is a combination of things that need to take place in order to keep visitors happy and engaged. Design, usability, optimization, architecture, layout are all equally important. Start with the basics and create a clean, polished design. Study usability issues and you will create a layout and architecture that is most user-friendly. then optimize for optimum performance.

I think to decrease bounce rate most of your pages should get indexed.Otherwise for many of search queries instead of relevant post homepage will open and user will leave the site/blog.

I was quite happy with 2nd, 3rd and 4th answers from last, else were just to increase their posts on a forum.

  1. This is acceptable in terms of search engines. Nothing looks to rag against it than that. This is just what was warned about ten years ago at the big internet about SEO in 1994.

  2. Andrew Pelt says:

It moves like this, a customer searches for a keyword on Google. You have published an article which targets this word and gain subjected it to a internet site which Google likes. The customer finds your clause on page one, reads it, clicks on your website link, and visits your website. All release well, you will have some affiliate link click-throughs, and special sales in there! That’s the beauty of affiliate marketing.
